Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Galengdowo melalui Optimalisasi Potensi Lokal, Ekonomi Digital, dan Edukasi Kesehatan

The village of Galengdowo holds significant local potential in the fields of tourism, dairy farming, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); however, this potential has not been fully realized due to limited digital promotion, spatial information systems, tourism support facilities, and health education for residents. This community service initiative aims to optimize local potential by strengthening the digital economy, providing spatial data, improving tourism facilities, and conducting health education. The method applied is *Participatory Action Research* (PAR), involving the stages of observation, coordination, program implementation, and descriptive-qualitative evaluation. The programs carried out included digital marketing training for 20 MSME operators, the creation of a map of Galengdowo Village’s potential, the installation of informational and educational signs in the Tretes Waterfall tourist area, as well as group exercise sessions and Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements for students at SDN Galengdowo 2. The results of the activities show that the training improved MSME operators’ understanding of how to utilize digital media for marketing; the potential map serves as a spatial information tool that supports village promotion and planning; the information signs improved the quality of environmental information and education at tourist sites; and the health program raised students’ awareness of the importance of physical activity and nutritional monitoring. This program underscores that collaboration between higher education institutions, village governments, schools, and the community can support the sustainable development of Galengdowo Village through the optimization of local potential, digital transformation, and improvements in public health
